Fire Suppression System

Fire Suppression System

WHAT IS THE FIRE RISK?

Every year millions of rupees worth of damage Is done by fire in factories, data center, office and refinery. Now and again people are burned or suffocated to death. sometimes buried alive under the wreckage. Many hundreds of others are thrown out of jobs.
Most fire start from somebody's ignorance, some 'accident' which might have been avoided. Early discovery is a major factor in the extinction of fire. Small, controllable fire, if left undiscovered, can become large and unmanageable in a five minutes, Fire brigades. If called too late. May have to concentrate their activities on preventing fire-spread to other neighboring Premises/ Facility building because the original Facility/ Premises might be total engulfed in fire. Many, probably most. Cross down at night and during week-ends, and the discovery or a fire is then often left to the chance of passer-by. The first step toward halting a fire is to properly identify the incident, raise the occupant alarm, and then notify emergency response professionals. This is often the function of the fire detection and alarm system.
Successful fire suppression is dependent on extinguishing flames before. Or Immediately upon. Flaming combustion. Otherwise. The resulting damage may be too severe to recover from. Thus an effective Fire Suppression or Protection system is required.

WHAT ARE THE RECOMMENDED METHOD OF FIRE PROTECTION?
CRVPTZO 1230(FK-5-1-12) Fire Suppression System
Cryptzo - 230 is next-generation halon alternative with outstanding performance, having large safety margin and excellent environmental profile.

Principle :
Oxygen occupies 21 % place in the air. Continuous combustion requires more than 1 5% of oxygen concentration by volume. When Cryptzo1 230 systems actuates to put out a fire. it suppresses fire by removing the heat from the fire without effecting the available oxygen.

Fast :
Cryptzo offers two variants of system I 25 bar at 21 °C & 42 bar at 21°C I Increased agent flow rates provide better coverage for large hazard I Smaller piping diameter results in ultir-nate design flexibility

Safe :
The US EPA has accepted FK-5-1 -1 2 for use in occupied spaces at concentrations up to 1 O % by volume. It is non-toxic when used in accordance with NFPA Standard 2001

Clean :
The system fights Class A Band C fires with a clean agent that is electrically nonconductive and will not short-out electronic equipment or thermally shock delicate circuitry. The colorless. odorless gas leaves no residue. eliminating post-fire agent cleanup and minimizing downtime.

Environmentally Friendly :
Cryptzo1 230 has zero ozone depletion potential, 5 day·s atmospheric lifetime, this is ·the first and only halon alternative to address ODP & G\NP both.

CRVPTZO Engineered FM-200 (HFC-227ea) Fire Suppression System
A quality and Cost-Effective Protection for High-Value Assets

Principle :

Oxygen occupies 21% place in the air. Continuous combustion requires more than 1 5°/o of oxygen concentration by volume. When CAVPTZO HFC 227ea systems actuates to put out a fire. it suppresses fire by a combination of chemical & physical mechanism without effecting the available oxygen

Fast :
Cryptzo otters two variants of system I 2S bar at 21"C & 4-2 bar at 21"C I Increased agent flow rates provide better coverage for large hazard Smaller piping diameter results in ultimate design flexibility.

Safe :
The US EPA has accepted HFC-227ea for use In occupied spaces at concentrations up to 9% by volume and up to, 0.5% by volume for normally non-occupied spaces It is non-toxic when used in accordance with NFPA Standard 2001.

Clean :
The system fights Class A, Band C fires with a clean agent that is electrically nonconductive and will not short-out electronic equipment or thermally shock delicate circuitry. The colorless, odorless gas leaves no residue, eliminating post-fire agent cleanup and minimizing downtime.

Environmentally Friendly :
HFC-227ea has zero ozone depletion potential. 34.2 years atmospheric lifetime. HFC-227ea is the preferred clean agent halon replacement to offer a viable. longterm, sustainable technology for special hazards fire protection.

Basic Structure of a System :
  • Clean Agent Storage Components : Storage components consist of the cylinder assembly(s), which contains the Cryptzo 1230 or HFC-227ea
  • Clean Agent Distribution Components : Distribution components of the discharge nozzle used to release the clean agent into a protected hazard along with the associated M.S. piping network used to connect the nozzles to the cylinder assembly.
  • Actuation Components : Actuation components complete installation of the Electrical and manual control head, mounted directly on the cylinder valve actuation port. It operates on 24 VDC and consumes 2.0AMP.
  • Slave Components : Slave arrangement components consist of the pressure operated control head(s), manifold check valve, actuation hose, and fitting required for a multiple cylinder (slave) arrangement.
